In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the ordered product, without providing any reason. For furniture made to order (e.g., customized dimensions, unique finishes), the right to return does not apply, unless the product is defective or not as described.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer. The return shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the product. We strongly recommend using courier services that ensure proper protection during the transport of the furniture. Please note that if the product is damaged during transport, we will not be able to accept the return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the full amount paid for the product within 14 working days. The refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
In accordance with the law, products made to order (e.g., customized dimensions, unique finishes) are non-returnable unless they are defective. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, you are entitled to a warranty claim or exchange for a defect-free product.
If you notice any defects in the product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Complaints can be filed within 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable law. In case the complaint is accepted, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund.
Due to the uniqueness of handmade furniture, each order is processed individually, which may result in some limitations on returns. In selected locations, the transport company offers an additional furniture bring-in service. The additional cost is 150-200 PLN, the service requires the provision of two drivers so can slightly affect the length of transport. If you would like to use this service please contact us and we will check if it is available in your area.
We use impregnations in the form of natural oil waxes OSMO, which penetrate the wood, emphasizing its drawing (the darker the shade the more beautiful the layers look).The wax creates a microporous coating that protects the wood and allows it to breathe, while preserving its natural beauty.The furniture is repeatedly sanded and polished, the surface is velvety and nice to the touch - you won't be able to stop stroking it - the surface is permanently protected and does not require renovation.
Our furniture is easily assembled and can be put together by anyone. Boxes with cabinets, drawers and a vinyl box as well as boxes with drawers for desks are shipped fully assembled. Side legs, shelves and sideboards are shipped in parts. Assembling them takes a few minutes.
The furniture comes with assembly manual. All the elements needed to assemble the furniture are available in the package. It is crucial that you document each dent, damage, etc. by taking photos as these photos are the basis for submitting a claim to the courier.

Contact us as soon as possible within 3 days from the delivery date of the damaged package.
Remember to keep the packaging, do not throw it away – sometimes the courier has to see it again as part of the claim process.
What’s next? We take care of the claim process with the courier, so apart from reporting the damage and sending us the photos, you will not have to do anything else.
Usually we replace the damaged part of the furniture and we send it to you as soon as it is manufactured. We don’t want to prolong your waiting so we do not wait for the conclusion of the claim process.
Customization Options:
- Customize your furniture based on your standard items. For example, a dresser may have a changed width and height of legs. The price reflects the chosen combination.
- SMALL CHANGES: Small modifications, usually a reduction in size, that don't drastically change the product. Examples include shortening the legs, narrowing the desk top, or changing the handles. These changes often don't involve extra costs, but require more work. Keep in mind that reducing size is often easier than increasing it.
