1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the ordered product, without providing any reason. For furniture made to order (e.g., customized dimensions, unique finishes), the right to return does not apply, unless the product is defective or not as described.

2. Return Procedure

To make a return, please:

• Contact us within 14 working days from receiving the ordered product by emailing us at biuro@comforta.pl

• In your email, please provide the order number and information about the product you wish to return. You will then receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

• The furniture must be in its original, undamaged condition, in its original packaging (if possible), and show no signs of use.

3. Return Costs

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer. The return shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the product. We strongly recommend using courier services that ensure proper protection during the transport of the furniture. Please note that if the product is damaged during transport, we will not be able to accept the return.

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the full amount paid for the product within 14 working days. The refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Made-to-Order Products

In accordance with the law, products made to order (e.g., customized dimensions, unique finishes) are non-returnable unless they are defective. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, you are entitled to a warranty claim or exchange for a defect-free product.

6. Complaints

If you notice any defects in the product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Complaints can be filed within 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable law. In case the complaint is accepted, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund.

Due to the uniqueness of handmade furniture, each order is processed individually, which may result in some limitations on returns.
